New Atlantis is far more than a book: it is a deep reflection on the future of humanity, an attempt to build a global utopia in which our species, the human race, transcends its own limitations.
In this endeavour, I have set myself one fundamental principle: never to limit myself. Neither by financial constraints, nor by moral, intellectual or technological barriers. Too often we run up against the obstacles of the present, accept them as immutable truths, and scale our ambitions to fit. I have chosen another path: that of the limitless. One where every problem finds its solution, where every frontier can be crossed, where humanity, aware of its creative potential, forges its own future.
I deeply believe that we stand at the threshold of a new era, an era in which impossibilities are nothing but illusions. We are at once creators and the objects of creation. Children of the universe, children of God, or simply architects of our own destiny, we have the power to transform our reality. Misery and prosperity alike arise from a single process: the manifestation of our beliefs and our actions. And I choose to bet on prosperity.
This book is an invitation to think differently. To dare to imagine a world without limits, where utopia ceases to be an unreachable dream and becomes a tangible construction. Like the cathedral builders who planted trees whose wood they would never see shaped into beams, we must have the audacity to sow today the seeds of a magnificent future.
New Atlantis is a roadmap, a long-term vision. Perhaps I will not live long enough to see it come to fruition, but it matters little. What matters is to begin. To build, together, hand in hand, the foundations of a new world. A world where today's utopia will become tomorrow's normality.
So let us read, reflect and dream. For nothing is impossible. History has already proven it to us.
